Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds:

You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be new or gently used. We understand that skincare products need to be tried, so we accept lightly used items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that are more than 50% used are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund:

Email our customer service team at mattiseskincare@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Processing Your Refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
